DID YOU KNOW...
Even if you hire a contractor, you’re still responsible for an average of 423 design details—and communicating every single one clearly to your contractors.
That includes choices about: Flooring, countertops, tile, appliances, cabinetry, wall finishes, lighting and electrical fixtures, plumbing, doors, trim, mirrors, glass, and hardware.
AND it’s not just “what” you want—it’s how you want it: What countertop thickness? What finish? What sink mounting? What edge profile? What’s the lead time? What's the slab size? What type of overhang supports?
THIS IS WHERE 99% OF REMODEL NIGHTMARES COME FROM

Your contractor may install visible support brackets

but you may have preferred recessed supports

If I save you just one of these headaches you will have recouped your investment!
Behind every beautiful space is a plan made long before the first hammer swings

I'm an interior designer, construction manager, and founder of Kitchen & Bath School.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of design and construction, leading everything from residential remodels to complex commercial projects for global brands.
I founded and grew a Seattle-based remodeling studio that designed 90+ home renovations in three years, launched a prefabricated construction program for Starbucks, managed flagship design/build projects for Boeing, and authored the Remodel Jumpstart Workbook.
What all that experience taught me is this: remodels don’t go sideways because homeowners aren’t managing their projects well. They go sideways because the industry skips the most important phase - the average 423 interior design details that no one mentions until it’s too late.
This is why I created Kitchen & Bath School. My mission is to give homeowners the clarity, tools, and confidence to design a home they truly love, protect their budget and timeline, and move into construction feeling prepared instead of overwhelmed.
Because designing your dream home shouldn’t feel like a nightmare!

Should we see where this goes?
I'm your girl if...
-
You’re Type A enough to love a checklist… but creative enough to recognize that good design isn’t cookie cutter
-
You want to feel confident speaking the “language of construction” so your team takes you seriously.
-
You notice the details and care deeply about things being done right.
-
You want a distinctive home that represents you.
-
You refuse to settle for low-quality “builder grade” materials.
-
You lead a busy life and can’t drop everything to handle construction emergencies.
-
You want an accurate cost before you start, so there are no budget surprises.
-
You don’t have unlimited time or unlimited money to get it done.
-
And you’re planning to remodel or build within the next 3–24 months.

What's the investment?
As an Interior Designer, my services would generally be calculated based on an hourly rate, and my fees start at $30,000
But for my founding launch, I will be offering
the six modules + the community + my resource guide + my personal review of your material selections + my workbook for
Just $2497
AND... I'm so confident in this program that if you complete the first module, and feel that program is not going to help you plan your dream home and avoid construction nightmares, I will give you a full refund.
